Founded in 1997, Jefferson's sources new and aged barrels of bourbon to create their own releases. This Very Small Batch is a blend of up to four different Kentucky straight bourbon whiskies, of different ages between 3 and 9 years, married together.

Nose: Classic corn, vanilla and oak with a lighter floral note and ripe plum.

Palate: Pecan pie, light caramel, peppered corn and hints of honey and cherry. Smooth with a nice, slightly oily mouthfeel.

Finish: Honey and oak with shortbread biscuits. Not the longest.
